1) Role: Finacle 10x L2 Application Support

Job Location: Multiple location

 Experience : 2+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Must have Good functional and technical knowledge of Finacle UBS.

* Have a minimum of 2 years of Finacle functional experience in L2 CBS Core/CRM support.

* Responsible for contributing towards various phases of Finacle L2 Support project lifecycle, such as Finacle Core/CRM application maintenance and support.

* Analyse incidents in Finacle and provide solution/work around for the issues independently.

* End to End Handling of Finacle application production issues with work ranging from incident analysis, code fix, SIT Testing, UAT Test planning (Scope, duration), UAT support for user, Source promotion to production.

* Sound understanding of RDBMS / Unix.

* Providing status to leads, stakeholders and working with vendors to review the design/fix/enabling for production deployment.

2)Finacle 10x Customisation Developers

Position       : Finacle 10x Customisation Developers

Job Location: Multiple location

Experience : 2+ years

Responsibilities

•                   Hands on experience in Finacle Extensibility Kit for Core and CRM front end and back end customisations

•                   Should have Hands on experience in Finacle Scripting, Jasper, Finacle Front End, SQL / PLSQL, UNIX shell scripting

•                   Experience in interface customisations like C24 scripting, Inbound and Outbound custom FI API developments, SWIFT Customisations and other Payment system customisations including NEFT/RTGS, UPI, IMPS, AEPS

•                   Knowledge of Finacle Architecture and API integrations.

•                   Understanding Finacle Core and CRM Functionalities and product configurations

•                   Design and develop as per Finacle standards and practices defined and knowledge of the SDLC, development methodologies.

•                   Should be able to prepare design docs, test cases and execute the same.

3) Position: Finacle  EOD-BOD & Batch Support

Location: Multiple locations

Experience: 1+ years

Job description:

 Responsible for running and supporting Finacle EOD / BOD Support and Batch Job Maintenance 

Roles and responsibilities 

•                   Branches follow up for EOD operations at bank level

•                   Provide support to branches that are facing issues

•                   Execution of Finacle EOD-BOD process in production environment

•                   Reporting of EOD-BOD issues, analysis & resolution, coordinating with other teams 

•                   Set up,maintenance, and review of the batch jobs and running batch jobs, 

•                   Generation of EOD-BOD Reports & Batch job reports (Failure and Success).

•                   Performing all handoffs from Finacle to any system

•                   Product Fatal error analysis. Review the Application logs.

•                   Keep track of Application Services and its server utilization.

•                   Logging call with Service Providers for Product related batch failure.

•                   Ability to handle incidents independently.

•                   Ability to work in flexible shifts.
