You will be challenging yourself every day and learn along the way. Our existing Recruitment team is small but strong and you will get a chance to work on most interesting and impactful positions. Responsibilities:


 To work closely with HR team and business heads for hiring priorities and deliver on the urgent positions.

 Keeping a tab on hiring pulse of client and continuously updating management on expansions and future hiring.

 Working with target orientation and meeting joining targets.

 Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectation

 Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas and departments

 Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members of staff

 Source applicants through online channels, such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn and other professional networks

 Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates

 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and inperson interviews if possible

 Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with management

 Salary Negotiations and candidate hand holding till joining.


About you:


 Apart from experience you should have zeal to grow in Recruitment and respect the job you do.

 You are a self-starter who loves highly complex, fast-paced challenges

 You have an excellent understanding of all phases of recruitment, co-ordination, report generation, and technical skills and are obsessive about quality

 You know how to sell an early-stage startup and for that should have industry knowledge.
