Source applicants through network, references & online channels, such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn and

other professional networks.

 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person

interviews if required.

 Maintain reports of all recruitment related KPAs, including interview notes and related data, to share

with management.

 Salary Negotiations and candidate hand holding till joining.
