Responsibilities
● Driving expansion of Battery Smart’s Partner network across the city by planning and executing the best strategies to scale up fast
● Meeting and educating prospects about our Battery swapping technology and various investment proposals depending upon the type and quality of
the prospect.
● Negotiations, execution of contracts and ensuring timely payment realization from Partners.
● Building and maintaining long term relationships with existing partners and regularly monitoring their performance.
● Tracking and analyzing competitors and new technologies around Battery swapping.
Requirements
● 3-5 years of experience in Sales preferably at a fast growing start up.
● Ability to work with aggressive targets and thinking out of the box solutions.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
● Highly Self driven.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
