Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Gurugram for the Phone Pe-ML Sales process. This is a full-time, junior-level position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a knack for developing client relationships, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Work from the office located at Plot No. 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Clear speech with no MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) or RTI (Regional Tongue Influence).
- Strong grammar and pronunciation skills.
- Graduate from any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management to foster and maintain strong client connections.
- In-depth product knowledge to confidently present and sell solutions to potential clients.
- Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills for handling client discussions and closing deals.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and prospects via phone to drive sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales in CRM tools.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle objections professionally and provide effective solutions to customer queries.
- Identify and reach out to potential customers to promote and sell company products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional plans and strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance, analyzing data to improve future sales strategies.
- Continuously seek to improve sales techniques and knowledge through training and feedback.

Salary
₹25,000 to ₹30,000 CTC
Working Hours & Shifts
- Shift Pattern: 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Day shifts for females (till 8:00 PM).
