We are seeking a motivated Junior Outbound Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time position for individuals with a knack for communication and a passion for sales. Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field. The role requires enthusiasm for developing client relationships and closing deals to contribute to our company's growth objectives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Outstanding cold calling abilities to initiate contact with potential customers (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques to facilitate client agreements (Mandatory skill).
  • Must possess skills for effective sales closing to secure business transactions (Mandatory skill).
  • Solid customer relationship management skills to maintain client engagement.
  • Strong product knowledge to confidently discuss features and benefits with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively relaying information and understanding customer needs.
  • Adept at time management to balance multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated persistence in pursuing sales leads and maintaining client communication.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate introductory meetings and sales opportunities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to arrive at mutually advantageous agreements.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
