Job Overview

We are looking for a Fresher to join us as an International Support Executive at our Pune location. This is a full-time position requiring a dedicated individual with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As an International Support Executive, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support to our international clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support to international clients through various communication channels.
  • Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate problem resolutions and improve service delivery.
  • Ensure all interactions are documented accurately in the company's customer support system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to better assist clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate recommendations to management.
  • Follow up on client feedback and work towards continuous improvement of the support service.
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyzing client data to enhance the customer support strategy.
