Job Overview
Join PactPulse Solutions as a Junior German Customer Service representative. Located in Jaipur as part of the MMS - German Customer Service - Pilot Process, this full-time position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates with excellent German-speaking abilities and competency in English communications. The role involves 5.5 days of work with alternating weeks off and rotational shifts. Successful candidates will engage with customers to resolve inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to process enhancement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluent in German (B2 - C1 level, with a preference for C1): Essential for effective communication with German-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills: Required to clearly convey information to clients and team members.
- Problem-solving abilities: Key for identifying issues and determining actionable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Empathy: Needed to understand customer needs and emotions for providing compassionate and tailored service.
- Patience and cultural sensitivity: Important in maintaining positive interactions and respect for cultural differences.
- Attention to detail: Necessary for accuracy and quality in service delivery.
- Ability to work under pressure: Vital for managing workload and maintaining standards in high-pressure situations.
- Open to Pan India candidates, based in Jaipur, with a relocation bonus of 8K available.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and solve customer problems efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions for transparency and follow-up.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service and support for clients.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Contribute to the development of processes and systems to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
Additional Details:
- Location: Jaipur
- Working Days & Shift: 5.5 Days Working with 2 Weeks Off on Alternative Weeks / Rotational Shift
- Cabs: Both Way Cabs provided
- Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA Max for Freshers & Up to 9 LPA for Experienced candidates
