Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior German Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jaipur for the MMS (Media Markt Services) Pilot Process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent German speaking abilities and should be proficient in English communication. This position is open to any graduate or undergraduate, whether freshers or with experience in BPO or non-BPO sectors. The role involves providing top-notch customer service to our German-speaking clients and requires a proactive approach.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fluency in German: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German are essential (Certification Level: B2 to C1, majority should be C1).
- English Communication: Good communication skills in English are necessary.
- Customer Service: Experience in providing exceptional customer-focused service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Problem-solving: Ability to quickly identify problems and devise efficient solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision and accuracy in client interactions.
- Multitasking: Managing concurrent tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural Understanding: Awareness of cultural differences for respectful interactions with clients.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Basic skills to assist clients with technical issues.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous support to German-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Identify customer needs and resolve queries effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional expertise.
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements during interactions.
- Assist in developing service manuals and training materials.
- Seek client feedback for service enhancement.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions for skill improvement.
Additional Information
- Location: Jaipur
- Working Days & Shift: 5.5 days with 2 week offs on alternative weeks, rotational shift.
- Cabs: Both way cabs provided.
- Relocation Bonus: 8K Relocation Bonus available.
- Target Candidates: Pan India candidates are welcome.
- Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA max for fresher & up to 9 LPA for experienced candidates.
