Job Overview

We are looking for a Female Recruiting Intern to join our team in Jaipur. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources. As a full-time intern, you will assist in various recruiting activities and contribute to our hiring processes.

  • HRIS management: Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems to manage employee data effectively.

  • Organizational skills: Strong ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee information.
  • Foster positive relationships with candidates and employees, addressing any queries or concerns.
  • Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring practices.
  • Organize and manage recruitment-related documentation and correspondence.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall HR strategies and initiatives.
