We are looking for a Female Recruiting Intern to join our team in Jaipur. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and human resources. As a full-time intern, you will assist in various recruiting activities and contribute to our hiring processes.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain and update the HRIS with accurate employee information.
- Foster positive relationships with candidates and employees, addressing any queries or concerns.
- Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to improve hiring practices.
- Organize and manage recruitment-related documentation and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
