Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Jaipur. This is a full-time, junior-level position requiring a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to the growth and success of PactPulse Solutions by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients. If you possess excellent sales and negotiation skills along with a proven track record in cold calling, we would love to meet you.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in sales and negotiation (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques to generate leads and secure meetings (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong market research skills to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey proposals and ideas.
  • Experience in lead generation and converting leads into successful business deals.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and business opportunities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated approach to meet targets and deadlines.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and present compelling business proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value of PactPulse Solutions' services.
  • Work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align on strategies and ensure cohesive business development efforts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics and outcomes to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote PactPulse Solutions' services.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth to enhance business development skills.
