Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Pacific Hospitality. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. The job is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The employment type is full-time.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of bartending techniques, cocktails, and mixology
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Supervise and manage the bar operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards
  • Train and mentor bar staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Create and implement effective bar policies and procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain inventory of bar supplies, ordering and replenishing as necessary
  • Develop and update bar menus, keeping up with current industry trends
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve profitability targets
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the wider management team to drive business growth and success
