Job Overview

We are looking for a Cashier to join one our clients, a leading 4 star Hotel in Mananthavady. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the accuracy of all cash and credit transactions. This is a full-time position based in Wayanad, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher or experienced can apply
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Experience in billing process is a plus
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized cash counter
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
• Resolve customer complaints or escalate to the appropriate manager
• Process refunds and exchanges
• Ensure all transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
