Responsibilities

· Design and develop data pipelines using tools like Informatica and Talend to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into data warehouses or data marts.

· Create and maintain data models in data warehouses or data marts to support analytical reporting and business intelligence.

· Develop and maintain data visualizations using PowerBI to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

· Collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.

· Optimize data pipelines for performance and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

· Minimum 5 years of experience as data engineer

· Strong proficiency in ETL tools like Informatica and Talend.

· Expertise in data modeling and data warehousing concepts.

· Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.

· Knowledge of Python or other scripting languages.

· Knowledge of data visualization tools like PowerBI

· Understanding of cloud platforms and data warehousing solutions (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics).

· Experience in designing and developing data warehouses and data marts.

· Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and analytics platforms.

· Experience with data governance and data quality management.
