a.    Implementation and Maintenance of VMware and Windows, Antivirus, VM Scalability and expansion

b.    Perform maintenance of the VMware and Windows machines and provide resolution of the issues related to these products.

c.    Support in upgradation of existing VM environment into Hyper-converged infrastructure with orchestration layer.

d.    Quarterly reporting and maintenance of License/inventory management

e.    The Administration would include

·       Installation, Configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, administration, migration / up gradation, patching of VMs/Windows servers at DC/DR Sites.

·       Housekeeping of the VMs and Windows Servers for expected performance

·       Fine tuning of server parameters

·       Backup of VMs as per IT Policy of RBI/IPPB/DoP

·       Raise SR with OEM for server/VM related issues and follow-up

·       Log monitoring for VMs/Windows servers

·       Migration from Physical to VM.
