Responsibilities

• Independently work on documentation projects as per agreed timelines; and adhere to organizational standards while publishing content.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, Architect, Product Management, and other stakeholders to plan, research, write, and update a variety of documentation, including SOPs, user guides, admin guides, product overviews, installation/ configuration/ administration manuals, website content and API documentation.
• Follow uniform writing style and provide inputs on refining the content to improve user experience.  Collaborate with peer writers as per business need, perform reviews and offer qualitative inputs to improve content, and share best practices to achieve organisational goals.
• Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment that works on Agile methodology. Adept in working with common authoring and publishing tools such as, Adobe Robo help, Confluence, Git and GitHub, HTML, CSS, MS Word, and any XML Authoring tool.

Mandate Requirements

1. BA / BE / B. Tech / MCA or degree in Technical Communication or related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in writing complex documentation for web-based software.
2. Minimum 3 years of IT industry experience
3.  Excellent command on written and spoken English with the ability to produce error-free content that has a high grammatical and language accuracy quotient.
4. Team player, including willingness and ability to consult with subject matter experts from engineering, operations, support, and product management
