Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Executive. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving their IT issues in a timely and efficient manner. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to start their career in the IT industry.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in IT or related field
  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Customer service-oriented attitude
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
  • Resolve clients' IT issues and service requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
  • Assist with user account management and password resets
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
  • Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues and requests
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are fully resolved
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
