The scope of work under network management services would include: -

a.    To ensure continues operation and upkeep of the LAN Infrastructure at the Data Center & DR site including all active and passive components so that the network is available 24 x7 as per the prescribed SLA for the SAN.

b.    Configuration/Reconfiguration/deployment and Management of various policies like Security policies, Access policy, etc. as per Policy requirements for providing accessibility between external links and their infrastructure hosted at Data Center

c.    Performance tuning to ensure resilient performance, reliability and high availability of the network services in SAN.

d.    Management of all network devices installed for FSI and RICT applications. This list will be populated and agreed upon between IBM and IPPB during transition of responsibilities to IBM.
