Outwork Solution is Hiring L2 Support engineer for Noida location.

PFB the detail Job Description:

1. Proactively monitors front-end components (Customer and Platform solutions).

2. Monitor VMs and Database and other critical jobs running on a server and initial research on any alert

3. Quickly responds to incident emails and support calls. Identifies, and coordinates with teams that are critical to the resolution OR create support tickets.

4. Performs daily manual checks on various workflow stages. If required, able to execute manual smoke tests to ensure major functionalities are up and running

5. Compiling MIS Reports, if required

6. Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML & PHP

7. Deploy Fixes: Knowledge of managing and building ReactJs/Laravel production builds from Bitbucket for hotfixes. (Good to have)

8. Knowledge of SQL and MySQL 

9. Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration.

10. Exposure to DevOps environments (Good to have) 11. Good communication skills are required to interact with US clients.
