Job Description:
1. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to find new opportunities.
2. Lead Generation:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile.
3. Client Engagement:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
- Set up meetings or product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
4. Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
5. Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
6. Reporting:
- Maintain records of interactions with potential clients and track sales activities.
- Prepare reports on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
7. Product Knowledge:
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Communicate product features and benefits effectively to clients.
8. Learning and Development:
- Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.
Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven and result-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of the local market and industry is beneficial.
