Position: Business Development Intern (FEMALE)

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Job Description:

1. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to find new opportunities.

2. Lead Generation:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, such as cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's target customer profile.

3. Client Engagement:

  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Set up meetings or product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.

4. Relationship Building:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

5. Sales Support:

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and achieve revenue targets.

6. Reporting:

  • Maintain records of interactions with potential clients and track sales activities.
  • Prepare reports on key performance metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.

7. Product Knowledge:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Communicate product features and benefits effectively to clients.

8. Learning and Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven and result-oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the local market and industry is beneficial.
