Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Soft Skills Sales Team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our soft skills training programs to clients and organizations. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, establishing client relationships, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and align our soft skills training programs with their requirements.
  3. Present our training solutions to clients through effective presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  5. Negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure a win-win situation for both the client and the organization.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  8. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the sales team.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
  3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to showcase the value of our soft skills training programs.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
  6. Knowledge and understanding of soft skills and their importance in professional development.
  7. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
