Qualifications and Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in project management
• Strong knowledge of real estate industry
• Experience in feasibility study and financial analysis
• Familiarity with MCGM DCR and SRA regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a project team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management software and tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of assigned projects from start to finish
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and plans
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Monitor and track project progress and handle any issues that arise
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Provide regular project status updates and reports
• Conduct project evaluations and ensure lessons learned are implemented in future projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in project management
