Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time hybrid role requires you to be based in Gurgaon, New Delhi, or Noida. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B and SaaS sales and be proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.


Qualifications and Skills

  • B2B Sales experience (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven track record in SaaS Sales (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Mandatory skill)
  • Strategic Planning skills to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Business Development experience to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Excellent Communication Skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Strong outreaching skills to engage potential clients through various channels
  • Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns
  • Lead meetings and presentations to pitch Ottermap's solutions to potential clients
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management


NOTE: The timings for this role are 8pm to 3 am(Remote*)
