Experience -18-20 years

Remuneration –Upto 18 Lakhs per Annum

Industry :Any Manufacturing Plant

Job Description:-

-Understands the basics of contract manufacturing and targeting potential customers

-Owns identifying and engaging potential customers that fit the factories capabilities

-Builds proposals and bid packages that provide benefits to the client

-Drives the project management between the customer and the factory to product release

-Maintains the customer relationships always building on opportunities current and future

Delivers regular status updates and financial reporting to the Executive Team

Specific Job Requirements

-Outstanding small and large group presentation skills

-Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills

-Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities

-Self-starter with ability to work independently

-Ability to work well within a team environment and successfully build relationships at all levels of the organization

-Ability to deliver results with minimal supervision or guidance

-Ability to travel up to 45% of the time

-Strong selling skills

Education and Experience Requirements

-Experience with MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Sales Force)

-Contract development and execution experience preferred
