Salary Range- Upto 15- 20 K Per Month & Negotiable as per the Experience and Knowledge of Candidate

JOB DESCRIPTION: -

-Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers.

-Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

-Keep customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

-Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.

-Meet with managers in the organization to plan customer satisfaction.

-Conduct business reviews using CRM programmes.

-Good command in customer handling in hybrid mode – Face to Face or Offline or on call .

-Customer escalation matrix handling.

-Good hand in MIS Report Preparation.

Eligibility Criteria:-

-Communication – Good Written and Verbal Skills ( English & Hindi )

-Presentable.

-Previous Experience – B2B Industry Preferred

-Technology – MS Office/ERP/SAP

-Minimum Educational Qualification – Graduate

Location – within a radius of 10 to 20 km from our office

Typing Skills- 25-35 WPM .
