Job Overview

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Customer Care Executive with expertise in both back and front-end operations. This full-time position is based in Nelamangala. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between customer care and marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution of strategies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights and measure campaign performance (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in using customer feedback tools to improve service delivery and client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with CRM software for managing and analyzing customer interactions and data.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms to create and execute targeted campaigns.
  • Understanding and experience with SEO tools to enhance online visibility and web traffic.
  • Capability in social media management to grow and engage online communities.
  • Know-how in content management systems for creating and managing digital content.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Providing help and advice to customers using your organization’s products or services.
  • Interaction with customers through phone or mail and providing feedback on the production process and delivery time.
  • Sending quotations to customers through mail.
  • Receiving purchase orders, verifying them with quotations, and communicating with customers for clarification.
  • Coordinating with customer and internal design teams to follow up for drawing approval.
  • Sending acceptance to customers.
  • Preparing and checking the Invoice and Packing list, etc.
  • Providing proper instructions to the dispatch section before dispatching the materials.
  • Ensure the P.F Monitoring chart is updated daily.
  • Follow up for payment.
  • Attending production meetings and marketing meetings every day.
  • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face.
  • Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may include complex or long-standing issues passed on by customer service assistants.
  • Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue.
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service provided.
  • Writing reports analyzing the customer service your organization provides.
  • Producing written information for customers, often involving use of our products.
  • Sending our service Engineer to customers to provide a one-to-one service.
  • Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use the product.
  • Conduct frequently customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the satisfaction rate.
  • Ensure that DMC (Daily Monitoring chart) is updated every day.
  • Maintaining various registers such as F-CRR – 01, F-CRR – 02, F-CRR – 04, F-CRR – 06.
  • Maintain ISO-related documents.
  • Motivate team spirit, encourage team members, and concentrate on company-set goals.
  • Oversee corporate communications activities through a Communications Coordinator.
  • Get customer feedback after providing cylinders and power packs.
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss customer service improvements.
  • Participating in staff recruitment and appraisals.
  • Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service.
