Marketing Activities and Sales Development
v Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
v Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
v Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
v Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
v Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
v Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
v Evaluating marketing campaigns. Monitoring competitor activity.
v Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Marketing Engineer.
Customer Relationship and Customer Satisfaction
v Develop and build relationship with Customer, and communicate to them regularly.
v Follow 5 principle to improve the customer satisfaction . (Focus on Customer, Do it together, Do it Right, Communicate and Educate, Measure and Record.)
v Get Customer enquiry after providing Cylinders, and power packs.
v Communicate to the customer and Providing Production information process and Delivery Commitment.
v Conduct frequently customer satisfaction survey and analyze the satisfaction Rate.
Team Handling
v Motivate Team spirit, encourage the team members, concentrate on Company set goal leaving individual ego.
v Team is a place where one should go with team's desire& not with individual perception.
v Collective people of equal thinking with goal.
v Understand the concept, think about the goal, analyse the probabilities, achieve it with concrete effect by coordination
