4. Plan for the material.

Raise the material requisition (MRN) for the fallowing 

 a. Bought out items.

 b. Raw materials.

 c. Give the cutting sizes through cutting book.

6. Production Planning, according to the availability of the shop floor load either In house / Out house depending on priority.

 Enter the details into Weekly production plan (Component + Assembly).

Enter the details into Active Planning sheet based on the delivery schedule discussing 

  With  

• a. Purchase In charge.
• b. Subcontractor In charge.
• c. Production In charge.
