Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in welding and metal fabrication (Mandatory skill) for crafting robust and reliable components to meet company standards.
• Experience in quality control (Mandatory skill) to ensure all products meet high-quality standards before reaching the client.
• Strong supervisory skills for effectively managing a team and ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Competency in blueprint reading for understanding complex designs and translating them into precise components.
• Knowledge of safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Effective inventory management skills to track materials and ensure adequate stock levels for uninterrupted production.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring production continuity.
