Marketing activities and Sales Development

v Get the information from marketing team.

v Speak to the customer and document the results .

v Get 100% clarifications for all technical specifications like seals, bearings , Raw material Spec., testing procedure , paint , QAP [Quality Assurance Policy] etc .

v Do the drawings and get layout drawing approved from customer .

v After drawing and BOM hand over to product engineer for verification of the drawing .

v After getting the approval from customer and release 1 copy all the drawings with respect to the PF and hand over to PPC .

v Release of drawings , BOM , QAP , Validation report etc to the Production team .

v If any changes in the drawing collect through ECN [Emergency Communication Network] and amend the drawings , BOM etc .

Collect all the drawings PF’s released after dispatch .

 Customer Relationship and Customer Satisfaction

v Develop and build relationship with Customer . 

v Communicate with customer for necessary informations .

v Keep good relationship with customer through communication .

  Team Work

v  Co – ordinate with Team, concentrate on Company set goal leaving individual ego.

v Understand the concept, think about the goal, analyse the probabilities, achieve it with concrete effect by co-ordination

Communication

v Oversee corporate communications activities through Communications Coordinator including external communications and systems, internal communications and systems, public relations efforts, external vendors and consultants

Documentation & Records

v Maintain records related to Design Department .

v Maintain the all drawings through Filing .

v Maintain all necessary documents according to ISO System .

v Maintain discipline, dignity of the dept and Professional manner.
