To make sure that the existing customers/distributors are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.

To take initiative and efforts to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export procedures and activities

Correspond with Distributors/customers on a timely basis on Orders and Payments. Check order sheets and pre-shipment document

Timely reply to the queries or enquiries of existing customers through email or phone.
