Designation: HR Manager

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Qualification: MBA in Human Resource (Preferred)/ B.com + PGDHRM

Industry: Medical Devices & Health Care

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibility Area:

1. Creating job descriptions for various positions and sourcing candidates using various job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, APNA, Indeed and other social media platforms).

2. Support end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment process. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

3. Responsible for timely closure of positions, negotiations with candidates as per the company terms & conditions.

4. Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies.

5. Handling weekly employee engagement activities

6. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations.

7. Payroll preparation and performing all HR activities.

8. Execute the employee's annual review procedures.

Preferred Candidate Skills:

1. Min 5 years of proven experience in HR Generalist or similar roles.

2. Excellent written & oral communication skills (must have)

3. Hands on experience on Recruitment, HR operations, documentation, payroll, Employee engagement and MS Office with good analytical skills.

4. Previous experience in working and hiring for an early-stage startup is a plus.

5. Interest in understanding human psychology is preferred.
