Job Overview

Senior role with 7-10 years of experience in Sales for a new store in ORRA Fine Jewellery, located in Panvel and Thane. Full-Time employment with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Sales experience in jewellery or luxury retail industry
• Proven track record in showroom sales and floor management
• Previous roles as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in Retail Sales Operations (RSO)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of the new store
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels
• Train and develop staff to enhance performance
• Jewellery experience is preferred
• Responsible for achievement of sales for the showroom
• Managing a team of sales professionals to meet set targets & adherence to SOPs
