Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ORRA Fine Jewellery. As a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and optimizing store performance. This is a senior-level position with a requirement of 7 to 10 years of experience. The job location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive sales and achieve targets
  • In-depth knowledge of showroom sales, store management, and sales management
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
  • Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Achieve sales targets and drive business growth, both in terms of revenue and profitability
  • Implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities to attract and retain customers
  • Maintain an attractive and well-organized store layout that showcases our products
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and implement training and development programs for the team
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
