Senior Store Manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in Store Management for ORRA Fine Jewellery. Job location includes Vapi, Bhopal, Pimpri Pune, Wakad Pune, and Madurai. Competitive salary range. Qualifications and Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Store Management
• Expertise in Inventory Management and Visual Merchandising
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer interactions
• Proven leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team
• Sound understanding of retail operations and store management practices
• Thorough product knowledge in diamond jewellery industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the operations of the new store
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Maintain inventory and monitor stock levels
• Train and develop staff to enhance performance
• Jewellery experience is preferred
• Responsible for achievement of sales for the showroom
• Managing a team of sales professionals to meet set targets & adherence to SOPs
