Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Bangalore Urban location. This is a full-time, mid-level position that involves managing store operations, leading sales initiatives, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail operations and a strong sales drive.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficient functioning.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and address customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Implement below-the-line advertising strategies to attract footfall and enhance sales.
• Manage store inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate with the head office for store supplies and other operational requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures within the store.
