Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior International Business Development professional to lead and execute our end-to-end sales efforts on a global scale. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing international business opportunities while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of the global market, strong strategic thinking, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Market Research and Analysis:
· Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential markets for our products/services.
· Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory factors to inform business development strategies.
Ø Lead Generation and Prospecting:
· Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
· Identify and qualify potential international clients, partners, and distributors.
Ø Sales Strategy and Planning:
· Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, considering short-term and long-term objectives.
· Develop detailed sales plans for each target market, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
· Negotiation and Deal Closing:
· Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and final contract closure.
· Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and risk management.
Ø Relationship Building:
· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international clients, partners, and stakeholders.
· Act as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Ø Cross-Functional Collaboration
· Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operational teams to align strategies and deliver value to international clients.
· Coordinate efforts to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Ø Reporting and Metrics:
· Track and report on sales performance, revenue, and market expansion progress.
· Identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· Proven track record in international business development and end-to-end sales, with at least Min 2 years of experience.
· Experience in working with International Clients (USA,UK,UAE will be an added advantage)
· Experience in Working with IT/Software or Digital Marketing Organizations.
· Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
· Proficiency in using market analysis tools.
· Strategic thinking and the ability to think creatively to identify new opportunities.
