Qualifications and Skills

  • Basic knowledge of machine learning for innovating recruitment strategies and aligning with educational technology trends.
  • Python programming skills to help automate recruitment tasks and analyze data efficiently.
  • Ability to create data visualizations to present recruitment metrics clearly and inform decision-making.
  • Understanding of predictive modeling to anticipate recruitment needs and trends in educational content.
  • Experience or interest in handling big data, especially useful in analyzing educational content's impact.
  • Basic SQL skills for managing databases relevant to recruitment and educational content records.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies tailored to educational content development roles.
  • Collaborate with curriculum developers and other HR members to understand hiring needs and provide timely sourcing solutions.
  • Support recruitment activities by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and performing initial candidate assessments.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
