Job Summary: The Academic Mentor provides guidance, support, and mentorship to students, helping them achieve academic success. They assist students with coursework, exam preparation, study strategies, and overall academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer one-on-one or group tutoring sessions in specific subject areas.

Help students develop effective study habits and time management skills.

Provide academic advice and support for course selection and career pathways.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.

Foster a positive and motivating learning environment.

Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (or higher).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous tutoring or mentoring experience is a plus.
