- Job details
- Responsible for Recruitment of employees, Training, Appraisal, Exit
- Interviews, etc.
- 2. Maintaining and preparing KRA for all employees and updating as per
- Recruitment.
- 3. Planning, monitoring and doing an appraisal of employees.
- 4. Resolve employee grievances and also counselling of employees
- and supervisors in consultation with Management.
- 5. Ensure legal compliance related to Labour Law, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.
- 6. Follow management guidelines by preparing, updating and
- recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- 7. Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and
- retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- 8. Help management with doing cost-cutting programs in coordination with
- employees.
- 9. Responsible for Medical Insurance, Mediclaim, and Legal matters related to
- Labour, Labour Accidental Issues, Supervision of Admin & Plant
- Hygiene and all matters related to Contract Labour.
- 10. All other duties & responsibilities that would be assigned by the
- management from time to time.
- Education:
- Must be Graduate or Postgraduate and have at least 1 - 5 years of experience in lateral Hiring.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
