We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
- Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on social media platforms.
- Shortlisting and reviewing applications of shortlisted candidates.
- Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fitment, and compatibility.
- Should handle end to end recruitment.
- Making recommendations to company hiring managers.
- Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- Working on requirements/specifications.
- Familiarity on recruiting software’s and tools.
- Highly organized and thorough.
