Job Description:
- Handling Day to day payment operation activities. Managing high volume during month-end
- Work with internal and external stakeholder relevant to assigned content area(s).
- Presenting findings to the senior stakeholders, thereby building a trusted advisor relationship.
- Work on any ticketing tool like JIRA for maintaining SLA's in resolving the tickets.
- Monitoring tickets and controlling AHT in resolving customer queries.
- Monitoring the day-to-day activities and ensure SLA ‘s are met with the given time frame.
