Roles and responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations.
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
- Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures and needed.
- Analysing blueprints to ensure the construction projects meet design, safety and budget specifications.
- Manage and direct all site activities
- Maintain quality control and safety regulations
Requirements:-
Qualification:- B.E. Civil Engineering
Experience:-Proven experience as a site supervisor for more than 1 years.
Sound knowledge in construction safety regulations.
