Job Responsibilities:

• Individual is a leader with 15+ years of experience in IT industry with functional knowledge in Automotive process
• Client engagement, drive conversation with client IT leaderships & business
• Proven record in managing large team, should have handled complex programs in Salesforce as Program Manager
• Working with internal and external team to create program plan, ensuring time lines are met as committed with in the budget
• Work with multiple internal stakeholders, service lines and support functions to drive required outcome
• Should have knowledge on various phases involved in deploying complex Salesforce programs involving multi-geography
• Strong knowledge in Agile way of working, tracking and reporting of progress to both internal and external leadership
• Ensuring delivery quality, work with multiple teams to bring unified journey for the client
• Should have strong cross functional business knowledge in bringing collective process integration, where needed
