Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hindi SpeakingTelesales Executive to join our team at Orbiz Creativez Pvt. Ltd. in Malappuram, Kerala, India. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in telesales.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good knowledge of our products and the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
• Experience using CRM software is a plus
• Fluency in English and Malayalam

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers by telephone to promote and sell our products
• Generate sales leads and follow-up with potential customers
• Close sales deals over the phone and achieve monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
