Job Overview
We are hiring a Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at Orbiz Creativez Pvt. Ltd. in Malappuram, Kerala, India. As a Showroom Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and promoting our wide collection of high-quality corporate gifts, Branding Products, and personalized gifts. You will engage with customers, assist them in selecting products, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of sales experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of corporate gifting industry is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on their requirements
- Handle the walk-in customers
- Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products
- Developing and achieving sales objectives
- Establishing new and existing long-term business relationships
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
- Demonstrate excellent product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Process customer orders and arrange for timely delivery
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective strategies for increasing sales
