Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Orbiz Creativez Pvt. Ltd. This is a full-time role based in our Malappuram office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on a variety of design projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in a senior or lead role.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, its principles, and effective usage in design.
• Ability to communicate visually through effective visual communication skills.
• Experience in print design, including brochures, posters, and packaging.
• Skilled in digital illustration and creating vector-based illustrations.
• Developing and maintaining brand identity across various platforms.
• Excellent layout design skills with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the design from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Create visually appealing and impactful designs for both print and digital media.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop new concepts and campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in design and adherence to brand guidelines across all projects.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into design work.
• Manage multiple orders and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers in the team.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to enhance project outcomes.
