DUTIES
- Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns.
- Co-ordinate with team and support team members.
- Making database of customers and updating the same on a daily basis.
- Creating awareness and knowledge about company products to customers.
- Proper and accurate reply to customers on a polite manner.
- Follow up and canvas orders on a daily basis.
- Attending complaints of customers and solving the same.
- Follow up for enquiries received through website & India mart.
- Ensure that orders are delivered to customers on the committed delivery time.
- Follow up for outstanding dues.
- Updating customers about latest products of the company.
- Design and produce orders according to customer’s requirements and specifications.
- Monitoring and recording sales and collection data on a daily basis.
- Upload daily report in whats app group.
- Submit daily /monthly sales and collection reports to Marketing Manager.
- Bulk whatsapp message to customers
- Any other duties and responsibilities as advised by your Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cross-Selling: The primary KPI for Tele Marketing Executives is to excel in cross- selling our products/services. Your performance and upliftment within the organization will be primarily based on your ability to promote and sell additional products to existing customers.
- After Sales Service : Ensuring excellent after-sales service is crucial. Tele Marketing
Executives should support customers with any post-purchase inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
- Customer Queries: Be the first point of contact for customers seeking product availability information. Collaborate closely with the Sales Coordinator to provide accurate and up-to-date product availability information to customers.
- Commitment Integrity: Tele Marketing Executives are expected to uphold the company's commitment integrity. No commitments, especially related to pricing, should be made without prior approval from the manager.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Cross-Selling Success Rate: Your ability to cross-sell products and services to existing customers will be the primary KPI. Performance in this area will directly impact your career progression.
- After Sales Service Ratings: Customer feedback and satisfaction with the after-sales service you provide will be monitored and factored into your performance evaluation.
- Response Time: Maintain a high standard of promptness when responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer queries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Commitment Adherence: Avoid making any commitments, especially regarding pricing, without obtaining prior approval from the manager. Your commitment integrity will be closely monitored.
