Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior International Sales professional to join our team in Malappuram. As a full-time role, the position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will contribute to expanding our international market presence and building strategic partnerships.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Fluency in multiple languages to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders across various regions.
  • Strong cultural awareness to navigate and respect different cultural norms and business practices internationally.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure beneficial deals and partnerships with international clients and distributors.
  • Proficiency in market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within international markets.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure long-term business growth.
  • In-depth global business knowledge to understand international trade regulations and market dynamics.
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively in diverse environments.
  • Expertise in international market analysis to assess competition and develop strategies for business expansion.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth in various international markets.
  • Negotiate and close deals with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Travel to target regions for face-to-face meetings with clients and partners to foster strong business relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align on market trends and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain high client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business development activities.
