Job Overview
E Commerce Executive - Junior Level, Full-Time, Malappuram
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
- Oversee the company’s e-commerce website and ensure it is user-friendly and updated with the latest products and promotions.
- Manage product listings, including uploading new products, writing detailed product descriptions, and ensuring accurate pricing.
- Monitor website performance and troubleshoot any issues related to website functionality.
Online Marketing:
- Develop and implement online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotions that drive traffic and sales.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Sales and Customer Service:
- Monitor online sales and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process online orders and coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery.
Inventory and Order Management:
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability.
- Oversee order fulfillment processes, including packaging, shipping, and tracking.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, website metrics, and marketing campaign results.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners, such as payment gateways, shipping companies, and marketing agencies.
_ Skills:_
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce).
- Effective handling of Social media platforms. (e.g. Instagram, Facebook .etc)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, PPC).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
